Flow into Parenthood - Honour the journey of pregnancy through movement, deep rest, connection and craft making.
This practice invites all pregnant people to take some time for yourself - to set aside the to-do lists and the external noise and connect with your body, your breath, your baby and with other pregnant people too. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you are already a parent, this is a space for you to be held and nurtured.
The practice will start with a grounding meditation and breath work practice, before flowing into some gentle movement and ending with a restful Yoga Nidra. We will then gather together to share a delicious snack before moving into a birth art creation session, in which you will be invited to create a simple clay sculpture to honour the sacredness of pregnancy (no artistic experience needed!). We will end with an optional sharing circle, a space to really be seen and witnessed on this wild ride to parenthood.
Nicole is a mother, a pregnancy yoga teacher, a birth and postpartum doula and a circle facilitator with a passion for supporting pregnant people as they navigate the journey into parenthood.
