Wale started teaching yoga in 2000. Prior to that in the 80s, he was a Martial Arts instructor and a student of Iyengar yoga. Moving to Bristol in 1996, Wale trained as an Iyengar yoga teacher and then discovered Ashtanga yoga – he was hooked!

Steven Taylor
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Steven has been a massage therapist for over over 10 years since studying at Level 5 with sports massage creator Mel Cash at his London School of Sports Massage. Since then he's worked in various clinical, studio and Wellness settings, and he completed his training with the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute in 2015. Since studying he was mentored by the Institute founder and has assisted on many of its diploma courses, and is now an AYM Institute instructor, having taught in India, Scandinavia and the UK. Steven is currently studying for his MSc Physiotherapy, with specific interest in neurological rehabilitation.
AYM was created by Master Kusum Modak, after her work with BKS Iyengar, and is a dynamic, floor based treatment combining deep tissue massage, coordinated breath work, and assisted stretches, and in Steven's words 'remains the most versatile, creative and grounding style I've ever come across, and is the technique that I refer to the most in whichever treatment I'm offering, table based or otherwise'.

Ryan is qualified in Level 3 Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM).
Created by Master Kusum Modak, after her work with BKS Iyengar, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines elements of yoga (such as assisted stretches and breathwork), with a beautiful deep tissue massage.
Ryan fell in love with this massage due to its super grounding, holistic and full body experience, and he describes it as being like “no other massage I’d ever had!” He knew immediately he wanted to share the beauty of this massage with others.

Traditionally Thai Massage was a physical application of Metta, loving kindness, a philosophic concept rooted in Buddhism.
Thai massage uses gentle pressure on key acupressure points linked to energy lines, stimulation supports and rejuvenates the flow of energy through the body boosting the physiological function and overall wellbeing. This is an ancient healing practice that originated in India and dates back to around 2,500 –7,000 years ago.
Anz begins sessions in the traditional way, making an intention to relieve the receiver from any physical or mental ills. She'll move you into poses not too different to yoga shapes tying the poses together into an intuitive sequence tailored to the individuals needs. The massage a moving meditation designed to offer relief to both mind and body.
