If you're expecting a baby, or you’re a new parent looking for ways to move and connect with your baby, then welcome! We have some wonderful offerings for you…

Everyone’s journey to parenthood looks different, and that's why we wanted to create a space where everyone feels welcome to bring their baby and bond through movement, connection and find a little pocket of calm in your day. The studio has step free access and is accessible for buggies.

Pregnancy Yoga

Our weekly 11.45am-12.45pm Sunday pregnancy classes with Lynne are for any pregnant person who wishes to begin or continue a yoga practice throughout pregnancy. Lynne knows first hand how important it is to build community during your pregnancy and feel empowered and strong in your body as you prepare for birth and life as a parent.

Parent + Baby Yoga

We offer a weekly inclusive Parent + Baby class, suitable for post partum mums, dads, adoptive parents, non-birthing parents - anyone who newly has a baby in their life. You are welcome to change and feed your baby throughout the class whenever needed. Classes are Mondays at 10.45-11.45am.

Toddler Yoga

Suitable for parents and your pre-school kids who are over 1. If you have a toddler and a baby, your baby is welcome too. Expect to play, learn yoga poses, hear stories and maybe even find find pockets of calm! Classes are Fridays 10.45-11.45am (starting 9th Jan 2026).

Membership: The Parent Pack

We offer a special pack of 5 classes for just £50 to attend any pregnancy yoga or parent + baby classes. The membership is a one time, up front payment and is valid for 12 months.
