Pregnancy Yoga
Our weekly 11.45-12.45 Sunday pregnancy class is for any pregnant person who wishes to begin or continue a yoga practice throughout pregnancy. Guided by yoga teacher and mum, Lynne Fugard, Lynne knows first hand how important it is to build community during your pregnancy and feel empowered and strong in your body as you prepare for birth and life as a parent.
Parent + Baby Yoga
We offer an inclusive parent + baby class, suitable for post partum mums, dads, adoptive parents, non-birthing parents - anyone who newly has a baby in their life. Everyone’s journey to parenthood looks different, and that's why we wanted to create a space where everyone feels welcome to bring their baby and bond through movement, connection and find a little pocket of calm in your day. You are welcome to change and feed your baby throughout the class whenever needed. The studio has step free access and is accessible for buggies.
Monthly Parent + Child Singing Circle
1st Tuesday of the month - 10.45-11.45am - Elena Byers
A group for parents with young children (under 3) who love to sing and meet other people. If you'd love to sing more, rekindle your relationship with chanting/mantra or love to learn simple folks songs - come on in and join us!
Membership: The Parent Pack
We offer a special pack of 5 classes for just £50 to attend any pregnancy yoga, parent + baby classes or our parent + child singing circle. The membership is a one time, up front payment and is valid for 12 months.
