I’m a beginner - which classes are suitable for me?

Firstly, thank you for starting your yoga journey with us. There really is no getting it wrong within yoga, it’s more about finding a class/style/teacher(s) that suit you. For that reason, we highly recommend trying a few different classes to feel into what suits you. On the class schedule the classes that are beginner friendly are marked with a yellow dot. You can also check the website for upcoming Beginners Yoga courses.

In general, our teachers offer options/variations for the postures and encourage you to do as much or as little as feels ok for you as an individual. There’s no element of ‘keeping up’ in the sessions and we welcome you to take a break or ease off if you would like to. It’s always worth letting the teacher know when you arrive that you’re a beginner, don’t worry you won’t be singled out, it’s just useful for the teacher to know. Any questions please feel free to get in touch!

Which class would be suitable for me?

We are passionate about finding you a class that suits you, your individual needs and interests - Whether you're new to yoga, the studio or just curious - we offer an over the phone free consultation to discuss class styles with you.
