4-Week Beginners Yoga Course with Elevate Yoga Studio

Join Wen for a 4-week beginner-friendly yoga journey that dives deep into the roots of yoga and helps you weave its essence authentically into your everyday life.


This course is suitable for:

  • Complete beginners who are new to yoga

  • Those with some experience wishing to deepen their understanding beyond the physical poses

  • Regular practitioners seeking a gentle refresher and a return to foundational principles

Each week focuses on a different aspect of yoga — exploring yoga philosophy, ritual, pranayama, mudras, asanas, and guided relaxation to support your learning and self-practice.


Week 1: Ground
Begin with the roots of Yoga and Hatha Yoga — diving into yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath regulation), and key asanas (poses) in Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). We’ll also cover alignment principles in asanas and how to use props safely and effectively.

Week 2: Flow
Discover the fundamentals of Vinyasa-style yoga — weaving breath with movement seamlessly, flowing in harmony with the rhythm of your life.

Week 3: Unwind
Slow down with gentle, embodied movement, incorporating self-tapping and massage techniques to release tension. We’ll explore longer-held Yin postures supported by props, easing into deep relaxation.

Week 4: Elevate
Weaving together everything we’ve explored, this Yang-to-Yin practice celebrates balance — strength and softness, effort and ease. Elevate your practice beyond the mat and carry the essence of yoga into your everyday life.


The sessions are conducted workshop-style, with time for interaction, questions, and group discussion.
A digital manual will be provided each week for your reference and continued learning.
No experience is needed — come just as you are.
This is a safe and inclusive space, open to all bodies and backgrounds.
