This special winter solstice deep rest event is your opportunity to enjoy 1.5 hours of Elena’s beautiful yoga and sound.

This is an invitation, as nature turns inwards this time of year, to join us for a restorative practice celebrating and savouring the hibernating season.

Through ground-based movement, mudra, poetry and sound, we move from spiralling flow into unwinding yin. Expect the deeply restorative benefits of guided meditation and a longer savasana, while yogic chants wash over you, accompanied by live harmonium, chimes and bowls. 

All levels and experience with yoga are welcome.
