This Pilates workshop will teach you some key exercises to elevate your running! Join Esmae for 90 minutes of Pilates for runners followed by an optional 5k run around the harbourside.
Pilates is an amazing exercise to support your running. In this workshop we will go through some Pilates exercises which will help to strengthen and mobilise your entire body. Regular Pilates practice can help to improve running form, endurance and injury prevention.
Whether you're brand new to running or an ultra marathon runner, this workshop is guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and positive!
About the facilitator:
Esmae turned to Pilates after struggling with multiple injuries whilst working as a professional dancer. Not only did Esmae find these classes helped with maintaining strength, flexibility and injury prevention of her body, but also her mind.
