The wonderful Ryan Kerr is heading off to India in November and so this will be his last Meet Up & Move for a long while. We are so sad to see him go, but excited for his next adventure. So come say farewell to Ryan at this special LGBTQIA+ event.

This is your opportunity to come together to celebrate who you are! LGBTQIA+ Meet Up & Move is for ANYONE who identifies with the LGBTQIA+ community, whether you're loud and proud or you're exploring a new identity. Wherever you are at, this is for you. 

Facilitated by Ryan Kerr - yoga teacher, massage practitioner and wearer of incredible leggings. Ryan will guide you though a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class, to help you move, strengthen and release. 

The class will start with easing the body into movement, gradually building to a more playful sequence which will have some stronger and more challenging aspects. There will always be modifications and various invitations given to allow everybody to find what feels good in their own unique body. 

Following the yoga practice, everyone is welcome to stay for an informal coffee and chat. Enjoy meeting others in a safe space to celebrate community and queerness.

Ryan’s LGBTQIA+ class will be the perfect addition to your weekend. You're in for a treat.
