Join Clem for a flow and restore practice getting your body and mind ready to welcome in the New Year.
We will begin with a gentle and nourishing vinyasa flow, to bring in some movement, clearing any built up stagnation and heaviness in the body. We will move into some longer held yin poses, allowing our bodies to deeply relax through this slower form of yoga that works deep into muscular tissues (fascia). Staying cosy using plenty of props, blankets and candles. Before finishing with a short yoga Nidra - a lying down meditation leading you to the point between wakefulness and sleep.
It will be the perfect way to welcome in the New Year, all bodies and beginners welcome.
