This extended vinyasa yoga & rest class will work with the theme of setting gentle intentions, reflecting on the past year and welcoming 2026 with open heart - find clarity in your intention and set your Sankalpa (intention) for the year.
Arrive exactly as you are — no New Year’s resolutions, no pressure, no need to have anything figured out.
Rooted in presence and awareness, we’ll move through a grounding, fluid Vinyasa flow, then gently settle into pranayama, guided meditation and embodied rest. Soak up each moment - this breath, this heartbeat, this step. Rather than rushing toward a goal or striving to achieve an asana, you are invited to embrace the moment as it is, honouring your body, mind, and energy exactly as they are.
Through this practice, you may cultivate a sense of being fully here, letting the rhythm of your movement weave into the rhythm of your life. Every inhale and exhale becomes a guide to presence; every asana a doorway to connection with the now. There will also be space to pull cards if you wish, using them to ask questions, set gentle intentions, or reflect on what has passed. Feel free to bring your journal to support your reflection.
This extended practice isn’t about creating a new you. It’s about meeting the you who’s already here, moving with what you already carry, and leaving with what is.
