Acro yoga uses many of the same principles of a regular yoga class, but the poses are practiced by two (or more) people.
In this workshop, we will play, make shapes and balance on each other as we guide each other into poses. We will explore moving in tune with other people, sometimes non verbally, to create connection and further ground ourselves in our yoga practice.
Come along if you fancy trying acro yoga in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you turn up by yourself, with a partner, or a few friends, give it a go and just have some fun.
All bodies welcome. Beginners welcome. No partner necessary.
