Yin yoga can teach us how to embrace the act of slowing down especially in the winter months, helping to remind us that space, time, and conscious breathing are important and nurturing.

We will begin with a gentle meditation, and stay cosy using plenty of props, blankets and candles. Deeply relax through this slower form of yoga that works deep into muscular tissues (fascia), before moving into yoga Nidra - a lying down meditation leading you to the point between wakefulness and sleep.
