Reduced sunlight & colder temperatures increase a sleep hormone which triggers an instinctual desire to conserve energy and rest. However, our modern world doesn’t always allow us to rest as much as we would like.
This 2 hour workshop will give you the opportunity to fully rest, recharge & rejuvenate your mind and body. We will be delving into some calming breath work, a gentle slow flow to release tension in the body (particularly in the neck, shoulders & back) followed by some restorative postures, using minimal effort. We shall be finishing with a relaxing yoga Nidra, A time for your mind & body to settle and bathe in stillness and tranquility.
