This afternoon workshop promises to be an afternoon to pamper and rejuvenate your mind and body.
We will begin with grounding pranayama (breathwork) to help calm the mind. We will then move into a gentle and nourishing yoga flow, to bring in some movement, clearing any built up stagnation and heaviness in the body. Then slowing down into into some longer held restorative yin poses, allowing our bodies to deeply relax through this slower form of yoga, staying cosy using plenty of props and blankets. Finishing with a yoga Nidra - a lying down meditation leading you to the point between wakefulness and sleep.
It will be the perfect way to welcome in rest during this quieter time of Winter. All bodies welcome. Beginners welcome.
