Elevate is a central Bristol Yoga Studio in the heart of Bristol’s Harbourside at Wapping Wharf.
We offer yoga, pilates and barre classes accessible to everyone, as well as, yoga workshops, pregnancy yoga, parent + baby classes, monthly LGBTQIA+ yoga meet ups, 1:1 private classes and Thai Massage.
Our mission is to provide a space for people to feel free within their body and to express themselves through a range of movement practices.

Workshops + Events
Types of classes at Elevate
Vinyasa Flow
Lots of movement, flowing with the breath. Both energising and grounding.
Hatha Yoga
Great for beginners. Slightly slower, and usually spending more time in each pose.
Ashtanga
A strong, set sequence including sun salutations and longer holds in poses.
Rocket Yoga
Very playful and dynamic. Based on the Ashtanga sequence, but differs every time.
Pilates
An exercise class focusing on posture, strength, balance and flexibility.
Strong + Fluid
Similar to vinyasa. Intuitively and slowly flowing with the breath.
Pregnancy Yoga
For any pregnant person who wishes to begin or continue a yoga practice.
Barre
An exercise class blending elements of pilates, yoga and ballet.
Yin Yoga
A slow restful class consisting of long-held, passive poses for between 3-5 minutes.
Monthly LGBTQIA+ Yoga
A queer yoga class where everyone is welcome, followed by optional coffee and chat.
Restorative Yoga
A calming relaxing practice to sooth the nervous system and promote rest.
Parent + Child Classes
Yoga classes and singing circles for you and your baby.
