Join Juliet for a 2-hour workshop where we take time to breakdown and explore arm balances with an accessible and playful approach.

Wondering about arm balances but not sure where to start? Or perhaps you've been working on poses like Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana) but struggle to find stability or would like to challenge yourself to find something new within them?

Open to all levels of experience, this workshop aims to give you the tools to explore arm balances from a yogic perspective.

The class will begin with a vinyasa flow to warm, open and prep. We'll then move onto time dedicated to break down the poses, and look at variations and adjustments. Throughout considering what these playful poses can teach us about ourselves, with plenty of space to challenge and have fun in the process! 

Post-flight we'll wind down with some gentle counter poses and a long guided savasana pose to release and restore.
