Stress can effect our work, home life balance, relationships, sleep, health and many other factors.

Perhaps you’re experiencing anxiety or maybe you feel overwhelmed. Either way I promise you you’re not alone!

In this workshop we will be exploring:
-What is stress + anxiety?
-Why do we experience it?
-Tools on how to deal with stress.
-A slow gentle yoga flow to reduce tension thought out the body.
-Guided relaxing Yoga Nidra.


(All levels welcome, you don't need to have practiced yoga before to attend)

Emily offers a safe space with no judgement, she will be offering tools which have helped her to understand her own anxiety and find some peace of mind.
